Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Minimum Billing: No Minimums

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Payments can be made via our secure online credit card system. For larger accounts, credit can be established. Contact our office for more information.

Since we are at the mercy of our vendors, at times we cannot control prices and therefor reserve the right to change prices without notice. We will honor the listed price when you placed your order. Wherever we list more than one vendor it is at our discretion as to which vendor's product we will ship.

Shipping And Handling Free Freight on orders over $99.00 anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $99.00 will have a freight fee of $6.95 added.. Alaska and Hawaii customers will be contatcted by us to verify shipping cost before processing your order. Where noted special freight rates may apply. Our office will contact you with rates before shipping order.

Freight Loss or Damage: Title passes to consignee (customer) on all shipments, upon delivery to carrier or parcel service. All shortage claims must be made to factory within 3 days receipt of shipment.

Delivery Schedule If in stock generally we can ship in 1-2 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock and will not meet our normal lead times, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Our business operates in the State of Ohio. Sales tax will be apllied to all Ohio orders. All other orders are tax free. We manually check all orders for tax errors before we process all credit cards. At the end of checkout you will receive a printable Order Confirmation. This does not mean your card was charged. After we manually check your order we will then process your card and you will receive an email notification from our bank.
